State Fails To Renew Extended Federal Unemployment Benefits
"More than 10,000 unemployed Wisconsinites are no longer receiving an estimated $89 million in extended unemployment as a result.
State Rep. Robin Vos, the co-chairman of the Joint Finance Committee, is among legislators who think extending unemployment benefits give those without a job a reason not to take low-paying work.
The issue could come before the state Unemployment Insurance Advisory Council on Thursday."

Re: State Fails To Renew Extended Federal Unemployment Benefits
If Republican-majority legislatures could *UNANIMOUSLY* pass the Three Year Lookback bills in NJ & PA.....which were then signed into law by their Republican Governors.....then the WI legislature & Governor should do likewise. Seems to me that the Republican legislators in WI just want to do evil for evil's sake. They'd better look out for their immortal souls.
