Confused in Maple Country!
I recently had to contact ODJFS about the end of my Fed.tiers trying to go into the EU extension. Several days of phone calls 6 rep later. I was told that I couldn't go into EU benefits because I had another claim from 2008 to 2009. It appears I had a claim in 2007 and 2008 ( I worked in road construction, winters off). That claim was my Tier claim stated above. ODJFS said I would go back into ANOTHER Fed. tier claim on my app from 2008 and 2009. I was very confused (still am) and wondered if there was such a thing as going back into a new set of tiers after I just finished going thru them all. Today they notified me I was put into the final EUC (Last 20 week extension). Is this the end or can I go back for more fed. extensions, which all the reps said would happen. Anyone have this same situation occur? Should I call ODJFS (They appear as confused as I am)? Thought I'd go to the people who really know, you guys,HELP!!!!!

Packersfan Ask to talk to a supervisor.... Don't stop asking for help until you understand.... Have you tried going into the UI office. Then you could have them spend the time face to face without the phone distraction, make sure you don't walk away until you understand. Try to get in writing as well. Wish I could help but it appears to not be straight forward so I am at a loss. Good Luck and Welcome here...
