Well there you go...
1) The State is NOT a small business
2) People employed by the state (or any other business) are not "widgets" that can be moved around more cheaply...
The Governor has unknowingly just made the case as to why we can not use the profit based business model to make GOOD decisions when human lives are in the equation..AND why UNIONS are indeed a nescessity to combat this "mindset"...
