The mistake I made early on is, I looked at it almost like the head of a small business: identify a problem, identify a solution and go out and do it," Walker told Reuters at the National Governor's Association meeting in Salt Lake City.

Well there you go...
1) The State is NOT a small business
2) People employed by the state (or any other business) are not "widgets" that can be moved around more cheaply...

The Governor has unknowingly just made the case as to why we can not use the profit based business model to make GOOD decisions when human lives are in the equation..AND why UNIONS are indeed a nescessity to combat this "mindset"...
