Walker Urges Republicans To Take Recalls Seriously
I think he knows he'll be out of office soon, so he has to tell his friends the republicans. Walker pi$$ed off enough people who will give him the boot. Too bad we can't do this to the republicans in Congress, especially, Dave Camp, Cantor, Ryan and Boehner.
WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis.—
"Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker is urging fellow Republicans to focus on state Senate recall elections this summer and not the open U.S. Senate seat to be decided next year.
Walker said at the party convention Saturday that Republicans are on a roll but the only way that stops is if Democrats pick up the three seats necessary to gain majority control in the Senate. Six Republicans and three Democrats are targeted for recalls this summer.
They are targeted for positions they took earlier this year on Walker's bill taking away collective bargaining rights from most public workers.
Walker called the Republicans who supported his plan courageous and brave. He says the protests they endured reminded him of what is seen in third world countries."
