Maybe the 3 bills will coalesce into 1 powerful bill that will support the unemployed. It seems like a logical choice because all 3 bills are now in Committee.
Keeping my fingers crossed that this will be the case.

The Dems are in the position to push it if they really want to. I really don't think Boehner wants a shut down. We need to push that all three of these be part of any compromise in regards to the budget. Time to put the pressure on both sides of the aisle.

I think we all are being played for suckers! STABENOW-NIZED! Putting the cart before the horse. No excitement from this bill at all until a JOBS BILL is introduced and passed after HR 589.

I think their should be a jobs bill combined with help for the long term unemployed until the unemployment rate drops below 6%Patriot wrote:I think we all are being played for suckers! I wish politicians would stop throwing a bunch of bills into committe and just put one really good bill in and all support it together and actually get one bill passed!
All these bills do no good to anyone if they are never going to get out of committee.
